You can cancel your subscription anytime. If you use Genius Cloud on Android and iOS, you can only cancel your subscription on the platform you initially subscribed from.
Since subscriptions purchased on iOS are handled directly by Apple, we do not have access to your payment or account information and cannot process refunds ourselves.

Ultra subscribers benefit from a Genius Cloud account. If you cancel your Ultra subscription, you will lose access to your Genius Cloud account.
You’ll still have read access to your files.
You won't be able to synchronize files through Genius Cloud. For instance, if you create a file on your iPhone, it won't be backed up in Genius Cloud and won't appear on your iPad anymore.
You can export all your documents from your Genius Cloud account by going to > My Account > Account Settings > Export all documents.
