I can't send an email on Android

This tutorial is for Android users only.

When you email a scan from Genius Scan, Genius Scan doesn't send the email itself but hands it over to the emailing app of your choice (Gmail, Yahoo, etc). This means that any emailing issue comes from the emailing service itself and not Genius Scan.

Solutions:

• Make sure your device, Genius Scan, and your emailing app are up to date.

• Choose another emailing app from the export destination list.
