Export shortcuts let you save an export destination (eg, a specific folder in a Dropbox account) to reuse later in a single tap.
For instance, you can create shortcuts to:
Export to your Expenses folder in Dropbox.
Export to your Family folder in Google Drive.
In Genius San, go to Settings and choose Export.
Tap Add shortcut…
Choose the account you want to add and tap Log in. Enable Export to shared drives if you want to export to drives that are shared with you.
Once logged in, rename your shortcut or enable delete document on success if needed. Then, tap Add.
Genius Scan lets you connect to multiple export accounts of the same storage space simultaneously. It means you can stay connected to your accounts without logging out of your personal account to export to your professional one.
It also means you can create export shortcuts as seen above and auto-export rules (lien) that lead to all Multi-Accounts supported export destinations* without having to log in or log out of any of your accounts.
*Multi-Accounts is supported with Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, Microsoft OneNote, FTP, and WebDAV services.
