You can view and control your licenses from your .
From your team management page, you can , or .
If you entered the wrong email address or your teammate hasn’t received their invite yet:
Click “Edit” next to the pending invitation.
Enter the corrected email and click Update.
A new invitation will be automatically sent to the new address.
You can only change the email before the invitation is accepted.
Need to revoke someone’s access? Click “Terminate license.” next to their name.
This will immediately disable Genius Scan Ultra for that user. However, they will retain access to their existing documents.
You’ll receive a prorated credit for the unused portion of their subscription, which will automatically apply to your next invoice.
You can only remove users who do not have an active license: click “Delete member” next to their name.
This is useful for cleaning up your team list.
