Since Expensify switched to Magic Code authentication in the Fall of 2023, logging into Expensify on Genius Scan has been impossible.

Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do on our end, and although we have been in contact with them for months, it doesn't look like they will provide a solution.

However, you can still export single-page documents to Expensify from Genius Scan: Download the Expensify app and export your documents from the Genius Scan app by tapping Share > Other apps > Expensify. Make sure you , as the Expensify app doesn't support PDF or multipage documents.
