Check a document's export history

You can check how many times you've exported a document from Genius Scan by tapping on the document in question.

Doing so, you will also see if your document has been exported via email or synced with Genius Cloud.

  1. Tap a document to open it.

The prompt is located under your document's name
  1. Tap on the prompt starting with " Exported to..." to open a screen detailing all the ways and times it's been exported,

    If you exported your document via email, you'll get a prompt to open the Mail app and check if your document has correctly been sent or is stuck in the Outbox.

On iOS, when you export a document (through Email or to Google Drive or Dropbox…), you will see a corresponding icon on each document denoting the successful export to the chosen export destination. Should an error happen, this icon will turn grey, and you can open the document to see a detailed message.

Individual Genius Cloud sync status Android

If your app is logged into Genius Cloud, a circle will also be displayed next to your documents:

  • A green circle means that your document has been successfully synced.

  • A grey circle indicates that your document failed to sync. In this case, tap the sync button at the top of your screen and check the source of the issue.
