Export to your device memory

1. Scan or open a document and tap the Export button.

1. Choose Device Memory.

1. Tap the Folder button to choose the destination.

1. Choose a Folder or tap your device to choose another root folder. If you don't see your device, see the second part of this tutorial.

1. Tap Use this folder, and tap Use this folder again on the next page.

1. Tap the checkmark at the top of your screen.

If you don't see your device on the top left menu

In this example, only the Downloads folder appears on the left panel.

1. Tap the three dots button at the top right corner and tap Show internal storage.

1. Open the left panel and your device should now show up.

Starting with Android 11, some restricted folders cannot be selected for privacy reasons, for example, the Downloads folder. Simply pick another folder or create a subfolder in the Downloads folder to export your scans to this subfolder.
