Genius Scan for Teams uses volume-based pricing:

License range	Price per license
1st license	$40/year
2nd to 10th	$35/year each
11th to 20th	$30/year each
21st to 100th	$25/year each
101+ licenses	$20/year each

Renewals

• Licenses renew automatically one year after the date of your first purchase.

• You’ll receive a reminder before renewal, and can adjust your team size anytime.

Prorated charges for new licenses

When you purchase additional licenses partway through your billing year:

• You’ll only be charged a prorated amount corresponding to the time remaining until your next billing anniversary.

• This way, your entire team renews on the same date—making accounting simple.
