This tutorial is for iOS users only.
If you received the same email from Genius Scan multiple times, that means your email was stuck in the Apple Mail app Outbox, and the server tried to send it multiple times. When your email is stuck in the Outbox, the solution is to delete the email from your Outbox and try again.
Even if you use a different app for your regular email, the issue is with the Apple Mail app. This is the Apple Mail app:
We strongly recommend that you also check the following before sending your emails:
Ensure that the document is not too large for your email server. Typically, email servers such as Gmail might refuse attachments bigger than 10-15 MB.
Do you have a good network connection? If the document is more than a few pages, it might take a long time or even fail if your network connection isn't 3G or Wifi.
Is your email configured correctly for the iOS Mail app? You might need to fix your device's email configuration. Check that your email account is properly configured.
Open the Settings app
Under Mail, Contacts, Calendar, check that your email account is properly configured.
Send an email to yourself and check that you properly received it.
