Change a document's page size

When Genius Scan scans a document, it doesn't know the physical size of the document. If you need to print the documents to their real size, you need to specify how large the pages are.

Change the page size after scanning

iOS

1. Scan a document or open a specific scan.

2. Tap the Edit button.

Android

1. Scan a document or open an existing document.

2. Tap Format and choose the print dimensions of your document.

Specify a default page size for all your scans

iOS

1. Open Genius Scan, tap Settings, and tap General.

2. Under PDF Options, go to Page dimension to choose the appropriate one (see explanations regarding page dimensions at the bottom of this tutorial).

Android

1. Open Genius Scan, tap Settings > General.

2. Under PDF Options, go to Page Size to choose the appropriate one (see explanations regarding page dimensions at the bottom of this tutorial).

Supported page dimensions

Genius Scan currently supports the following standard page dimensions:

Letter	8.5 × 11 inches 216 × 279 mm
A4	210 × 297 mm
Legal	8.5 × 14 inches 215.9 × 355.6 mm
Business Card	3.5 × 2 inches 8.9 × 5.09 mm
Receipt	Width of 9cm (3.54 inches), height adapted to scan's aspect ratio.
Fit to image	Width of 210mm (8.27 inches), height adapted to scan's aspect ratio.
