Buy licenses online

You can purchase Genius Scan licenses from our self-service portal.

There are two scenarios: purchasing for the first time or adding licenses to an existing team.

First-time purchase

Access your Genius Scan account.

Sign up (or login) at geniuscloud.com. This will be your admin account for managing licenses.

Click “Buy licenses.”

This opens the license purchase screen.

Enter the email addresses of the users you want to invite.

Add as many people as you like. The pricing preview will automatically show volume discounts. You can apply promo codes during checkout.

Complete your checkout.

You’ll be directed to a secure payment form to finalize the purchase.

Adding more licenses later

If you already have an account and want to expand your team:

Log in to geniuscloud.com.

Click “Buy new licenses.”

Enter the email addresses of your new teammates.

Confirm the updated pricing and proceed to payment.

What happens after you invite someone?

Once you’ve submitted a user’s email and completed payment:

  • They will get an email invitation from Genius Scan.

  • The invitation includes a link to create their Genius Cloud account (using the same email address you submitted).

  • After they sign in to the Genius Scan app, their license will activate automatically—no need for activation codes or manual setup.
