What is Genius Cloud?

Genius Cloud is Genius Scan's optional unlimited cloud storage service that backs up your documents in the cloud and keeps them synchronized between all your mobile devices. It also lets you save space by offloading documents to the cloud.

You can create your Genius Cloud account once you are subscribed to Genius Scan Ultra. To do so, follow this tutorial.

Benefits of Genius Cloud

• Automatic synchronization of your Genius Scan documents between all your mobile devices. Set up your application once, and all newly captured documents will automatically be saved to your Genius Cloud account. For example, you can scan a document on your phone, which will appear on your other phones and tablets.

• Secure backup of your documents. You can access them even if you lose your phone. On your new phone, you can log in with your account to recover all the documents backed up to your account.

• Web access. Your documents are available on geniuscloud.com, even if you don't have your phone with you. The web app enables you to search for documents by titles and tags, download them one by one, or export all of them at once.

• Save local storage space. Only the documents that you access are downloaded on your device. Other documents are safely archived in Genius Cloud and accessible anytime.

• Unlimited cloud storage. All your documents are essential; you don't have to free up space as you scan more documents.

Genius Cloud is available as part of the Ultra plan, visit this page to check its pricing. You can subscribe directly from the Genius Scan application with an in-app payment.

Can you see my documents?

We may have to access your documents in order to troubleshoot issues with your backups or with the synchronization service. In any case, documents are transmitted securely between your devices (HTTPS) and our cloud storage where they are stored securely. We also have put a strong policy in place to respect your privacy and offer a level of protection usually reserved to European individuals.
