Send a bug or crash report

If you encounter a bug, a freeze, or a crash, please follow the instructions below to send us a report.
Here's how to contact us directly through the Genius Scan app:
Open Genius Scan and open the Settings. In Settings, choose General.
Scroll up and go to Advanced at the bottom of the screen.
Tap Send diagnostics.
Add a detailed description and tap Send a message to send us an email with some debug information. Do not remove the logs from your message, as we need them to investigate your issue.
If Genius Scan will not start, first check that you have enough space available on your device.
Otherwise, on iOS, you can send us a crash report. You will find the crash reports as follows:
Open the Settings app.
Go to Privacy & Security.
Go to Analytics & Improvements.
Go to Analytics Data.
You will see an alphabetical list of all crash logs on your device. Locate the Genius Scan crash logs, tap at the top right corner of the screen to open a mail app and send the email to support@thegrizzlylabs.com.
