Upon scanning a document, Genius Scan automatically identifies receipts, extracts their metadata, and categorizes them. This data can be reviewed and edited at will.
Scan your receipt and tap Receipt detected.
Scroll up to review and edit the detected information if needed.
Close the window and tap the Share button to open the export destination list.
Tap the gear icon to open the export options screen and go to Expense report. Choose PDF or Excel + PDF to generate your expense report. Then, tap Done and choose the export destination. PDF will export your receipts as a PDF, with the first page being the expense report, while Excel + PDF will export a PDF of all your receipts and an Excel sheet with an expense report you can edit and paste.
